Hobart Flights
There are direct flights from Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane into the Tasmanian capital of Hobart, as well as flights from the north Tasmanian city of Launceston, a short half-hour away. From Melbourne it is around a one hour flight, while you will have to connect through here if you are coming from Adelaide or Perth. Hobart experiences bitterly cold, wet Winters and warm, dry Summers, and the latter is the best time to visit if you want to make the most of the city’s many outdoor activities.
